Registration and accommodation reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt by the Meeting Organizers of the completed registration form and payment. All delegates must present such confirmation when reporting to the Meeting Registration Desk. Online registration is available on the GIFF website by clicking the link provided below on this page. Registration fees must be paid in USD. Payment should be made by  bank transfer.

The National Association will arrange for delegates  to be issued with visas on arrival. Such arrangements must be made at least 2 Weeks before arrival. Applications must be accompanied by a US$125 processing fee plus scanned relevant pages of the passport.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

        I.            The RAME Meeting Organizers will confirm your registration once your payment has been received and processed.

     II.            Any cancellations have to be made in writing and sent to the National Association by fax:  +233 (022) 21 6931 or e-mail: rame@ghanafreightforwarders.org.

   III.            If you have to cancel entirely, we can offer you a refund of 50% (less applicable bank charges), provided that your cancellation is received in writing by 12th May 2010. We regret that no refunds can be made after the 12th May deadline.

    IV.            Refund, if any will only be made after the congress is over.
